Minimum required to place first order: 20 jewelry pieces

Minimum Required For Re-Orders: 10 jewelry pieces 

Shipping: Free Shipping on orders of $350 or more 

Money Back Guarantee: Return merchandize (complete order) within 10 days of receipt for a full no-questions-asked refund if you are not completely satisfied. Before returning for credit or to exchange any merchandise, please e mail us or call us for return or exchange code. Then just send back the merchandise with the provided code in its original condition and packaging to our address and we will gladly refund your money or exchange your purchase. Shipping costs of returns or exchanges will not be refunded or credited.

Stock Balancing: We are very certain that our designs will be bestsellers for you!  However if some pieces do not sell within six months, we offer you stock balancing. You may return them to us in their original condition and we will substitute them for different designs of your choice of the same value. 

Shipping: Free Ground Shipping for orders above $350.00. We ship on or before the second business day. An email will be send with shipping details when your order ships. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery from the date your order was placed. 

Payment Terms: We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. All order information including your credit card number is received on a SSL SECURE SERVER. Your personal information is not stored on our servers. Information is automatically deleted once the order is shipped. 

Our Quality: Since all our pieces are handcrafted, some designs may vary from piece to piece.  We think you will agree that the uniqueness of each piece is part of its charm and provides value to your customers who want one-of-a-kind jewelry. All our pieces are guarantee of been made with either .925 or .950 silver quality. We stamp Emilio's signature whenever is possible, to guarantee the uniqueness of the pieces.

Back Orders: On occasion, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. If this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining pieces, however we do not back order items if they total is under $100.00. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled.

Store Locator: Your store will be listed on our website after your first purchase, unless you request otherwise. If you have a website for your business, let us know and we can add a link from our “Store Locator” page directly to your website. Just e-mail us your website address.
