Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our return policy is as follow:
Return the item or items purchased within 14 days of receipt for a full no-questions asked refund, exchange or credit if you are not completely satisfied. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Before returning your purchase for a refund, credit or to exchange any merchandise, please e-mail us or call us for return or exchange notification. Then just send back the merchandise with the provided code in its original condition and packaging to our address and we will gladly refund your money or exchange your purchase.
Original shipping expense is not eligible for refund on returned items.
The original purchase price of the returned item(s) will be credited to the original purchaser once the return is received.
Money will be refunded using the same original payment method.
Credit for returns is generally processed within 48 hours. Depending on return shipping time, a return credit refund could take 7-10 days.
Please send your returns in via a trackable method to ensure your purchase is returned to our address. If you send your return without a tracking service, we are not responsable for lost or damage of your returned item(s).
If you purchased Emilio Sotelo Jewelry at a retail store, you should check with that particular store about their return/exchange policy. We can not accept returns for purchases made at any of our partners retail stores.
We proudly guarantee our work, we offer free repairs of pieces purchased from us for the first year.
All shipping charges for repairs will be covered by the customer. If we are unable to repair a particular jewelry piece, we'll offer a credit for the amount paid at the time of the purchase. Don't hesitate to contact us with a description of the work needed to receive a repair authorization code.
