Returns / Exchanges / Repairs
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full no-questions-asked refund if you are not completely satisfied. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Before returning for credit or to exchange any merchandise, please e-mail us or call us for return or exchange code. Then just send back the merchandise with the provided code in its original condition and packaging to our address and we will gladly refund your money or exchange your purchase.
Shipping costs of returns or exchanges will not be refunded or credited. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We proudly guarantee our work, therefore we offer repairs within 1 year of purchase, free of charge. A small fee may apply for repairs made after 1 year of purchase. Don't hesitate to contact us with a description of work needed to receive a quote and repair authorization.
