  • Please send your returns in via a trackable method to ensure your purchase is returned to our address. If you send your return without a tracking service, we are not responsable for lost or damage of your returned item(s).

  • If you purchased Emilio Sotelo Jewelry at a retail store, you should check with that particular store about their return/exchange policy. We can not accept returns for purchases made at any of our partners retail stores.
